SUPPORT US

Thank you for looking after mum. I am so grateful for the kind care the whole team gave to mum and for helping us through this sad time. She received excellent care and as a family we received so much support.
From a grateful daughter

A to Z of Fundraising ideas

Our advice when choosing an activity to raise money is, the more fun you can make it, the more people will want to be involved. Please let us know if you are doing a fundraiser, so we can support you by supplying collection tubs or buckets, balloons or banners and we can give you a letter of authority. This means when you ask for support or prizes, you can prove it is in support Bury Hospice.

Before you start establish whether this is something you would like to set as an annual fundraiser, ideally from our perspective that would be fantastic. Also consider will you need help to organise it if so, who could you get on a committee? Many hands make lighter work, they will also add value with their own ideas, which could be very beneficial.

The A to Z is here to hopefully inspire some ideas but if you want to discuss what you are thinking of doing or ask the team for help please get in touch with Fundraising, telephone – 0161 797 1748 or email fundraising@buryhospice.org.uk
